NexGen is currently seeking 2 (two) Plumbing Service Manager's (1 in the Inland Empire and 1 in Simi Valley) to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Plumbing Service Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, vendor meeting and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.
Searching for high performing Sales Associate/ Project Manager for our plumbing department here at Nexgen.
With annual salaries as high as $250,000 to $375,000 per year and bonus potential monthly.
As a Project Manager with Nexgen you will be outfitted with the latest plumbing equipment such as leak detection devices and line locators, to bluetooth cameras and wireless monitoring devices.
This position will require a valid drivers license as well as a current Home Improvement Sales License issued by the State of California.
The job description of a Project Manager involves call by call situational awareness, as well as supervision of active plumbing job sites and multiple service technicians on a day to day basis. Project managers are required to ensure a superior customer experience with all of Nexgen's customers by being an effective communicator and maintaining a strong work ethic.
This position requires a high level of organizational, verbal and nonverbal communications skills. PM's are expected to attend weekly sales meetings as well as service and install check ins daily.
