Overview

NexGen is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and the field. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth administrative and customer-facing processes.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Prepare and manage daily reports

  • Collect and process customer payments

  • Provide phone support to field technicians

  • Review and organize documents

  • Assist with financing-related processes and paperwork

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Comfortable handling payments and sensitive information

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with basic office software and systems
