NEXGEN is seeking a Membership Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for managing, retaining, and growing our Membership client base. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring account accuracy, and reinforcing the value of our Membership program.
The ideal candidate has a strong customer service background, is comfortable with collections or account management, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Proactively contact past-due Membership clients to collect outstanding fees and retain active members
Reach out to eligible clients to renew prepaid Memberships (non-A/R accounts)
Effectively communicate the value of the Membership program to prevent cancellations
Resolve membership concerns with professionalism and urgency
Verify completed jobs are properly marked in the system
Schedule seasonal tune-ups for clients who have not yet received service
Correct account statuses for inactive or canceled Memberships
Monitor daily reports and remove inaccurate Membership statuses
Perform ongoing data cleanup for HVAC and plumbing membership lists
Partner with the Marketing team to support Membership growth initiatives
Share feedback and insights with leadership on retention strategies and outreach effectiveness
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support Call Center operations
Proven experience in customer service, collections, or account management
Strong ability to build value, overcome objections, and retain customers
Solid understanding of inbound call handling and membership-based programs
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Intermediate proficiency in Excel and general computer systems
Ability to manage outreach across multiple communication channels
Strong time-management skills with a sense of urgency and accountability
Flexible, proactive mindset with a team-first attitude
