Our water treatment specialists install and maintain water heaters and tankless systems, provide recommendations and treat customers with the utmost respect and attention.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential)
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment.
  • Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan)
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

 

  • 2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time
  • Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
  • Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
  • Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights
  • Service Titan experience preferred
